The Texas Resources for the Iraq-Afghanistan Deployment (TRIAD) Fund of the San Antonio Area Foundation has been a vital resource and supporter of the Segs4Vets program.

For more than 40 years, the San Antonio Area Foundation, a publicly supported philanthropic institution, has been administering donors' funds and granting gifts from those funds to worthy charitable causes that significantly enhance the quality of life in the communities that they serve.

Severely injured members of the United States military who have served in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom are in increasing percentages receiving care at Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC) in San Antonio. With the opening of the Center for the Intrepid, San Antonio has become the premier destination for the rehabilitation of our severely injured who have served our great nation.

While our severely injured who are receiving care at BAMC have come from communities across the nation, many are choosing to make San Antonio their home not only to remain close to cutting-edge medical care and rehabilitative therapy, but also recognizing the benefits of living in a community which has a history of recognizing their unique needs and embracing them and their families.....Click here to learn more
